Online booking through T:MEBLOCKR saves your front desk a lot of work. Even so, many customers still prefer to ring. Tibinet is working on an integration that lets the AI phone agent book those callers into the same diary.
Online booking, yet the phone keeps ringing
T:MEBLOCKR is an appointment platform for online booking, with reminders for the customer. It is used widely and also for workshop planning. Customers who book online land neatly in the diary. Customers who ring depend on someone being free. During the morning rush, when cars are dropped off, those calls often go unanswered.
What the AI phone agent does
- Answers when your team is busy, including before opening and after closing.
- Takes workshop bookings, asking for the registration number, type of work and preferred day.
- Arranges test drives or a showroom visit.
- Handles repair questions. The agent will give the current status once an integration can read it.
- Transfers calls to the workshop or sales, cold or warm.

Find free capacity
The agent checks which time slots in your T:MEBLOCKR diary are still available for the requested work.
Book the appointment
The chosen slot goes into the diary with the registration number and a description. Your usual reminders take it from there.
Keep the call
A short summary of the call is added to the appointment as a note.
The integration is in development. T:MEBLOCKR mentions an open API for custom integrations. We are seeking cooperation with T:MEBLOCKR to gain access to it.
