Terms of Service
These terms explain in clear language how Tibinet services work, what you can expect from us and which arrangements apply when you use our services.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website, accounts, telephony, AI and support services of CW Nederland B.V., trading as Tibinet. Specific service or subscription arrangements take precedence where they apply to your service.
2. The agreement
An agreement starts when you request a service, activate an account or accept a Tibinet offer. You must be authorised to act for your organisation. We confirm the applicable service, term, price and limits.
3. Account and access
Keep your account details current and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for use from your account and for the users and permissions you give employees. Report suspected misuse or lost access as soon as possible.
4. Use of the services
Use Tibinet in line with the law, these terms and reasonable service instructions. You may not use the service for fraud, deception, spam, unlawful recordings, infringement of other people’s rights or bypassing security.
5. AI, telephony and human review
AI output is assistance, not a substitute for professional judgement. Review important information and configure human handover where needed. Tibinet does not guarantee that an AI system will understand or handle every question flawlessly.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, outages, updates or dependencies on telecom and technology partners can cause temporary interruptions. We may improve, change or replace parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
7. Prices and payment
You pay the price belonging to your subscription or order, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pay invoices within the stated period. If payment is overdue, we may restrict or suspend the service after reasonable notice.
8. Data and confidentiality
You remain responsible for the data you process through Tibinet and for setting up your processes lawfully. Tibinet processes data according to its privacy policy and, where needed, the processing arrangements for your service.
9. Intellectual property
The website, software, documentation, brands and underlying technology belong to Tibinet or its licensors. You receive only the right to use what is needed for the agreed service. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer parts unless the law allows it.
10. Liability
Tibinet is liable only for direct loss caused by an attributable failure, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost revenue unless mandatory law provides otherwise. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Term and termination
The agreement continues for the period of your subscription or order. You may cancel in line with the agreed notice period. Tibinet may suspend or terminate the service for serious misuse, a legal obligation or a material breach that is not remedied in time.
12. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and the agreement. We will first try to resolve disputes together. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law points to another court.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, processes or the law change. For a material change, we will inform you in advance or as soon as reasonably possible. The latest version is available on this page.
