Our Story

2022

Development begins

We started small, with an idea for a telecom and AI platform that would be simpler, more transparent and more independent than what the market offered at the time. The first eSIM and VOIP prototypes were built this year.

2023

VOIP stack and infrastructure

Further expansion of our own VOIP infrastructure and backend. We deliberately kept building quietly instead of going public with half-finished products.

2024

AI voice platform

First working versions of our AI Voicemail and AI Phone Assistant. Over the past years we experimented intensively with speech models to make a natural Dutch conversation possible.

2025

Integrations and connections

Integrations with calendars, CRM systems and business tools. The dashboard, the ordering flows and the Co-CEO platform took their final shape this year.

2026

Official founding

Tibinet was officially founded as a company in 2026 and the platform was launched publicly. We are a new player, not a market leader, and we are honest about that. What we do bring is four years of development work and our own technology stack.

A small, dedicated team

We are not a multinational and we do not present ourselves as one. Tibinet is run by a small group of developers and operators who build and run the platform, the telecom integrations and the AI stack themselves. No middle layers, no call centre: you speak with the people who actually make the product.

Engineering

Our eSIM, VOIP and AI stack is developed in-house. We host it ourselves, we monitor it ourselves and we resolve incidents ourselves.

Support

Questions go straight to someone who knows the product. No tickets that sit somewhere for months.

Functionality is built around what customers really need, not around what sounds good in marketing.

We have no awards on the shelf (yet) and we are not ISO certified. What we have done is build our infrastructure from day one according to European privacy and security requirements.

GDPR-compliant

All personal data is processed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation. Rights of access, rectification and erasure are covered.

Encryption in transit and at rest

Traffic between you and our platform is encrypted with modern TLS. Sensitive data in our database is stored encrypted.

EU hosting

Our servers are located in European data centres. No mandatory data exchange with third countries: your data stays within EU jurisdiction.

Honest communication

We are a young platform. We do not promise anything we cannot deliver: no 99.9% guarantees, no invented customer numbers, no made-up prices.
