Pinewood.AI is a British cloud DMS from Pinewood Technologies PLC. It is used by franchised dealers and dealer groups, and the company also has an office in the Netherlands.
The phones don't always keep up. In the morning everyone drops their car off at once and sales are with customers. Some callers hang up and try another garage.

Find customer and vehicle
The agent will look up the customer and vehicle in Pinewood.AI by registration number or phone number.
Prepare the booking and job card
A requested workshop booking will go into the planning, as the basis for the job card.
Add a note to the customer record
The call summary will be added as a note.
This integration is in development. Pinewood.AI has a partner page and mentions DMS APIs for connecting apps. We are seeking cooperation with Pinewood to gain access to those integration options.
