Keyloop is one of the big names in dealer management software for franchised dealers. Tibinet is working on an integration that will turn phone calls straight into bookings, notes and leads in your Keyloop system.

Keyloop, formerly known as Kerridge, supplies DMS software to franchised dealers in the UK and across Europe, including Keyloop Autoline and Keyloop Drive. A dealership like that takes a steady stream of calls for service, parts and sales. When the service adviser is with a customer at the desk, the next caller rings in vain.
What the AI phone agent does
- Answers straight away, even when every service adviser is busy.
- Books servicing and repairs after a few questions about the registration number, the work and a preferred date.
- Records test drives for new and used cars.
- Handles questions about an ongoing repair. The agent will pass on the status once the integration can read it.

What the Keyloop integration will do
Find customer and vehicle
Using the registration number or phone number, the agent looks up the customer, the vehicle and its service history.
Book a service appointment
The agent finds a free slot in the workshop plan and books the appointment.
Record a lead or note
A sales enquiry becomes a lead. A summary of every call is added to the customer as a note.
This integration is in development. Keyloop offers integration options through its own developer portal and a partner programme with a review process. We are seeking cooperation with Keyloop to gain access. We do not have that access yet.
