movec and the phone at your business
movec is the brand name of the MOTIONDATA VECTOR Gruppe. Its dealer management system is used mainly by dealerships and workshops in Austria, Germany and Switzerland for customers, vehicles, work orders and invoices.
The phone is where things slip. The service adviser is with a customer and the salesperson is on a call. Whoever rings then tries someone else.
What the AI phone agent does for you
- Catches missed calls. The agent answers when your team is busy.
- Workshop bookings. The agent asks for the registration number, the type of work and the preferred day.
- Test drives. Interested buyers are helped the moment they call.
- Repair status. The agent will give a status update once the integration can read it from movec.
- Call transfers. To sales, the workshop or a named colleague, on numbers you set in advance.
- Out of hours. In the evening and at weekends the agent records requests, each with a short summary.

The agent will find the customer and vehicle in movec by registration number or phone number.
Create a booking or work order
A workshop booking will go straight into the DMS, so your service adviser sees it right away.
Record a note
The call summary will be added as a note to the customer record.
This integration is in development. According to its own website, movec offers integration options for third parties through its connectAPI. We are seeking cooperation with movec to gain access to those options.
