AI phone agent for dealers using Dealer Lead Track
Dealer Lead Track is an online CRM and lead management system for dealers in the United States. Online leads arrive in it automatically, but phone leads do not. Tibinet is building an integration to change that, though it is still in development.
Dealer Lead Track and the phone
Dealer Lead Track is based in Marietta, Georgia. It is a web-based CRM for dealers in used cars, RVs, motorcycles, trucks and boats. Leads from listing sites such as CarGurus, Autotrader and Cars.com come in automatically, as do leads by email.
Someone calling about an advert expects to speak to someone straight away. If you are out on the lot or with a customer, that lead is lost or never gets written down.
What the AI phone agent does
- Answers when you or your salespeople cannot.
- Answers questions about a listed vehicle and arranges a viewing or test drive.
- Books workshop appointments with registration number and preferred day, if you have a workshop.
- Passes on repair status once the integration can read it.
- Transfers calls to the right colleague, on numbers you set.
- Out of hours the agent notes the request and sends you a summary.
What the Dealer Lead Track integration is meant to do
Find an existing lead
The agent will check by phone number whether the caller is already a known lead.
Create a new lead
A new caller goes into Dealer Lead Track as a lead, with the vehicle they are calling about.
Note and follow-up task
The call is added as a note on the lead, with a task to call back or confirm the test drive.
