AI phone agent with a DCSnet neo integration
DCSnet neo is a well-known DMS among franchised dealers in France. Tibinet's AI phone agent picks up the calls your team cannot take. An integration with DCSnet neo is in development.
DCSnet neo and aftersales on the phone
DCSnet neo is the DMS of Reynolds and Reynolds in France. It is developed in Grenoble and has more than 30,000 users. It is widely used by Renault dealers. The aftersales module includes its own booking planner, online bookings and a call centre module.
Even so, many customers still pick up the phone. When the service desk is busy, those calls are lost or land with a colleague who has no time.
Where the agent helps
- Answering calls at peak times and during breaks.
- Service bookings with registration number, mileage and preferred date.
- Test drives scheduled for the showroom.
- Repair status updates once the integration can read them in DCSnet neo.
- Transfers to the service desk, sales or parts, cold or warm.
- Available out of hours, with a summary of every call.
What the DCSnet neo integration is going to do
Recognise customer and car
The agent will look up the customer and vehicle in the DMS by registration number.
Booking in the aftersales planner
The booking will be scheduled in the DCSnet neo workshop planner, as the basis for the work order.
Note on the record
The call summary will be added to the customer record.
The integration is in development. We have not found a public API for DCSnet neo, so we are seeking cooperation with Reynolds and Reynolds to discuss the integration options.
