AutomaaT GO is automotive software from CSW Software, with modules for sales, workshop, planning, stock and accounting. CSW also makes MotoMate GO and FleetMate GO.
A car business that combines sales and a workshop gets all kinds of calls. About a used car, a service or a car that is still in the workshop. Without a dedicated receptionist, some of those calls go unanswered.
What the AI phone agent does
- Fewer missed calls. The agent answers when nobody is free.
