Autoflex is cloud-based garage software from the Netherlands that has been around since 1986. According to Autoflex, more than 2,400 car businesses use it, mostly independent garages, but also motorcycle and truck businesses.

In a small garage everyone is mechanic, adviser and receptionist at once. If the phone rings while you are under a car, you let it ring. That caller often simply tries the next garage.

What the AI phone agent does for your garage

• Every call answered. The agent picks up while you are working on a car.
• MOT and service bookings. The agent asks for the registration number, the type of work and the preferred day.
• Test drives. If you also sell cars, interested buyers are helped straight away.
• Is my car ready? The agent will give the status once the integration can read it.
• Call transfers. To your mobile or a colleague, cold or with a short introduction.
• After closing time. The agent records requests and sends you a summary of every call.

   The appointment goes into the workshop planning, so a work order is ready.

   What the caller said is added as a short note to the customer file.

This integration is in development. Autoflex lists a large number of integrations with other packages and arranges missing ones on request. We are seeking cooperation with Autoflex for access to those integration options.
