Tibinet's AI phone agent and Fullpath
Fullpath combines a customer data platform with marketing automation and a CRM for car dealers. We are preparing an integration that will put calls handled by our AI phone agent into Fullpath as leads. We are not there yet: the integration is in development.
What is Fullpath?
Fullpath started out as AutoLeadStar. It is a Customer Data Platform for dealers, with marketing automation and a CRM that uses AI to qualify leads. Around 2,500 dealers in North America use it. Since 1 June 2026 Fullpath has been part of Cox Automotive.
Marketing brings callers in, but a call nobody answers is wasted. That is exactly what happens at busy moments.
How the AI phone agent helps
- Missed calls: the agent answers when your people are busy.
- Workshop: books appointments by registration number and preferred day.
- Test drives: agrees a time while the buyer is still on the line.
- Repair status: passed on to the caller once the integration can read it.
- Transfers: to sales or the workshop, on agreed numbers.
- After closing time: records requests, with a summary for the next morning.
What the Fullpath integration is meant to do
Recognise
The agent will look up the caller by phone number or registration number.
Create a lead
Anyone calling about a car goes into Fullpath as a lead, with the agreed test drive.
Follow up
A call note and a follow-up task make sure the team knows straight away what needs doing.
The Fullpath integration is in development. Fullpath reports many ready-made integrations through its Integration Hub. We are seeking cooperation with Fullpath to gain access to those integration options.
