1. Who is responsible?
CW Nederland B.V., trading as Tibinet, is responsible for processing personal data through tibinet.com, our communications solutions and the related services.
2. Which data do we process?
Depending on your contact with us, we may process your name, company name, email address, phone number, address details, account data, billing data and information about your use of our services.
When you contact support or request a demonstration, we also process information you share in that conversation or form. We do not ask for special categories of personal data unless this is necessary for the service.
3. What do we use data for?
We use personal data to provide accounts and services, handle calls and requests, organise appointments or callbacks, secure our services, provide support and improve our communication with you.
We also use data to meet legal obligations, such as administration, billing and handling data-subject requests.
4. What is the legal basis?
We process data when necessary to perform a contract, when required by law, when we have a legitimate interest or when you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who do we share data with?
Tibinet only shares personal data when necessary for the service, security or a legal obligation. Service providers working for Tibinet only receive the data they need for their assignment and operate under agreements with us.
We do not sell personal data. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards under applicable privacy law.
6. How long do we keep data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Some data must be retained for longer because of legal retention periods, such as administration. We then delete or anonymise it.
7. How do we protect data?
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure. No internet connection or storage method is entirely risk-free, but we continually improve our security.
8. What rights do you have?
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. In some situations you can object to processing. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We would appreciate it if you contact us first so we can try to resolve your question.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Tibinet uses cookies and similar technologies for the operation, security and improvement of the website. Where consent is required, we ask for it beforehand. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may change this privacy policy when our services, processes or the law change. The latest version is always available on this page. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
